Follow sculpted lines around to the rear of the car, and you will find LED taillamps as well as a bumper with a molded step that matches the color of the car with a black step pad. The rear liftgate features a hands-free option for opening it which makes it more convenient to use when you are loading your cargo.
2020 Ford Explorer Limited Interior
The new Explorer LImited has a redesigned interior to go with its redesigned exterior. The available third-row seating allows up to seven passengers to travel in the Explorer. Power folding seats give ease of transitioning from seating to cargo space. There is an available twin panel moonroof that helps to bring the outside into the cabin of the car. A heated steering wheel helps to keep your hands warm on those cold winter days. The tri-zone temperature control feature allows the driver, front passenger and second row passengers to customize the temperature for their comfort. Other convenience features include a push button start system and available wireless charging for compatible devices. Audio entertainment is provided by a B&O sound system by Bang & Olufsen with Sirius XM satellite radio capabilities. There is a voice activated navigation system as well as FordPass Connect capabilities.
2020 Ford Explorer Limited Performance
There are three engine choices for the 2020 Explorer Limited. There is a 2.3 liter EcoBoost I-4 engine, a 3.0 liter EcoBoost V6 engine or a 3.3 liter hybrid engine available. Pair any of the three with a 10-speed automatic transmission with SelectShift capabilities. The Limited is equipped standard with rear-wheel drive, but there is an option to choose 4 wheel drive capabilities. The new rear-wheel drive allows up to 600 more pounds of towing capacity and improves performance both on and off road. Additionally, the rear-wheel drive allows for a sportier exterior design.
