Just tell us when and where you'd like to have your Ford vehicle picked up - home or work - and we'll come get it, service it at the dealership, and return it to you. That's ownership built around you.

Bolton Ford now makes servicing your vehicle faster and easier. Bolton Ford will now service your vehicle with complimentary pickup and delivery to all Ford owners in the area. Our Pickup and Delivery service is designed to make maintaining your vehicle effortless and convenient. 

Here's how it works:

  1. Simply give us a call at 337-474-0070, or schedule your appointment online or on the FordPass App. Our friendly service advisors will assist you in selecting a date and time for pickup. 
  2. On the scheduled date and time, a Bolton team member will arrive at your preferred location to pick up your vehicle for service - whether it's your home, office, or another address within our service area.
  3. Once your vehicle arrives at our state-of-the-art service center, our certified technicians will perform all the necessary maintenance on your vehicle.
  4. Throughout the service process, our team will keep you informed about the progress of your vehicle.  We  will provide detailed updates and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
  5. Once your service is complete,  we will return it to the preferred location, cleaned and road ready.

WILL I GET A LOANER VEHICLE?

A loaner vehicle may or may not be available. Alternative options may be offered as well. Just ask when you schedule your service.

Every service is different. We will discuss timing when you book your appointment.

All warranty and customer-pay repairs are eligible, as long as your vehicle is drivable and not part of a roadside collision. Does not include parts or repair charges.
